Where to Stay

Blocks of rooms have been arranged at the following:

Reservations for the event will be made by individuals directly with the hotel at (805) 544-8600.  Guests must identify themselves as guests of the APS Conference to receive the discounted rate.

Please book by October 19 to be sure to get the group rate.  The room block will be released and the rate won't be guaranteed if you miss the deadline.

Parking at Cal Poly is free on the weekends in general use lots.  Parking passes for Friday, November 2 may be purchased at the kiosk near the Grand Avenue entrance to the Cal Poly campus.  Parking is $6 per day.  The Holiday Inn Express is 1 mile from Cal Poly on Grand Avenue.  If the weather is clear, consider walking on Friday to avoid the parking fee.
